This blog actually began as a 30 day challenge for me to see if I could write a post daily. Now that I've exceeded that and found that I have enjoyed it, I continue on. I've also been a vegetarian for a month, given up sodas for a month, ran daily for a month, and many other things. Some changes stuck. Others didn't.
